Below is a list of seasonal events that happen on the S.S. Moyie or in the town of Kaslo during the year. Please be sure to check the Kaslo Visitor Guide or Pennywise Classifieds for more complete and current information on local events.

The jazz festival has become an internationally recognized event.

May 11, 2008 SS Moyie opening celebrations: Free admission 1st 50 mothers receive flowers. Come join the fun!

 

Victoria day weekend May 17-19

 

 Kaslo May Days (baseball tournament, dance, parade, logger sports and many other events)
July 1 Canada Day Celebrations
July 31, August 1 & 2 Kaslo Jazz Etc. Fest (three-day festival with headlining musicans in the Kaslo Bay, also various venues around town, block party)
September 13 (Grandparents day) Moyie Family Fun Day (children's games, races, treasure hunt...etc.) and Awards Ceremony.
October 9 Moyie Closing Day
